Palm Inn Ampang Point

Everything. From the location, the room and the staffs. The staffs were very helpful, attentive and friendly. The location is in middle of Ampang City and above Pelita Restaurant. There were eateries around it. The room was clean, smell good . The mattress and pillows were so comfortable. I had a good sleep throughout my stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to others .

Staff is very nice and helpful. I accidentally spilled plain water on my bed and requested to change the bedsheet and comforter. Staff did this without any extra charges and helped to dry the wet spots as well. Thank you so much.
